What does a career with Accepta involve?
1) You will attend college on a part time basis to study towards becoming a chartered surveyor.
Stage 1 : National Diploma/ONC in construction or surveying. (If you have taken A levels you may skip stage 1).
Stage 2 : Higher National Diploma in construction or surveying. (2 years part time)
Stage 3 : Bsc degree in Surveying or Construction management. (Passing HND at stage 2 will entitle you to start in year 3 of the 5 year part time degree course).
Stage 4 : At the beginning of year 5 you will commence your approved professional competence period (APC) which will last 2 years. You will be able to apply for full R.I.C.S. mambership 1 year after completing your degree course
(Please note we will also accept interns who are already part qualified in either surveying or construction management).
2) Train and gain experience at Accepta
You will work with Accepta (30 hours per week) where you will receive continuous training and mentoring in all aspects of surveying and property development in a real life work environment.
Training will include :
- Producing land/property financial assessments and feasibility studies
- Producing Bills of Quantities and Tend documents
- Final accounts and every aspect of real life surveying
- Dilapidation Schedules and diagnosis of defects
- Property lettings and sales
You will be trained by the best property consultants in Britain

Academic Qualifications
9 O levels (A and B grades)
4 A levels (Including Maths Grade A and economics Grade A
Bsc degree in Quantity Surveying

Mr Kiely's most recent achievements include the purchase of a vacant commercial building for £110,000 and recently selling it (within 6 months of purchase) for £485,000 as a commercial investment.
Mr Kiely is now a senior consultant who works exclusively for Accepta Realty PLC training and mentoring surveyors and project managers on our internship programmes.
